You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your den555 username and password. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. den555 may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable law and its published fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied. Where an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
den555 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonuses, and balances are expressed in PKR. Currency conversion fees may apply where a depositing payment method operates in a different currency; such fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

All promotions are valid for the period stated in their specific terms. Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
den555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change being implemented, unless the change is required by regulatory obligation.

den555's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
den555 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your den555 account by submitting a written request to our support team, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the processing of any eligible outstanding balance. den555 may terminate this Agreement and close your account immediately without prior notice in the event of a material breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law or regulation. Upon termination, any bonus funds or winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.
